Dental Office in Northridge, CA Seeking Treatment Coordinator- MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Our dental office in Northridge, CA is currently seeking a treatment coordinator. If you have a passion for dentistry, good communication skills, and understanding of treatment coordination, we want to hear from you!
[Responsibilities]:
- Present treatment options to patients
- Assist with insurance breakdowns and claims processing (Denti-Cal and PPOs)
- Familiarity with Care Credit and ability to guide patients through the financing process
- Answer phones and provide customer service with the support of another team member
[Requirements]:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a treatment coordinator and/or dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment planning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance verification and claims processing
- Familiarity with Care Credit or other financing options
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5/6 pm
