Busy Home Health Agency with office in Studio City / Universal City seeking an experienced OASIS Writer / Case Manager for Home Health Care agency near Burbank.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Review patient data
- Collaborate with clinicians
- Capture accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience with OASIS documentation in a Home Health Care setting
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Relevant clinical license (RN, PT, OT, etc.) preferred but not required.
