Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-In Caregiver for a small RCFE/Boarding Care facility in Canoga Park, CA. The home serves 6 residents in a supportive and respectful environment.
The caregiver will assist with daily care needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable home for residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Medication reminders/assistance as permitted
Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
Light housekeeping related to resident care
Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow RCFE regulations and care plans
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Experience in caregiving, RCFE, or assisted living preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Ability to pass background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
RCFE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
