We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate MALE OR FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a WONDERFUL MALE PATIENT who resides in Tarzana. This is a wonderful family who needs assistance as soon as possible. Patient does have Dementia but is VERY independent and ambulatory at this time but does need someone to keep an eye on him.
This is a LONG TERM assignment.
SHIFT:
Saturday, Sunday and Monday (ALL DAYS)
9:00AM - 5:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

MUST HAVES (No Exceptions):
At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
Dementia Patient Experience
Current Driver's License with reliable vehicle, insurance and a clean record
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
Current TB Test Results
COVID Vaccination Card
Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Valid EAC, Valid Permanent Resident Card)
