Must be able to cook and prepare healthy nutritious meals 3x daily/ able to wash laundry/ communicate effectively/ clean house and look after high functioning adults. Outside smoking OK, no alcoholics or drug person on property. Must have good strong communication skills, positive energy and good spirit and (no) negativity.
