Overview:

Spearhead the setup and scaling of our client site, from initial talent acquisition to full operational staffing, demonstrating a keen "startup" mentality with the agility to adapt strategies as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to establish efficient workflows, communication channels, and performance metrics that support the achievement of shared goals.

Regularly assess and report on recruitment and staffing outcomes, leveraging data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Onsite Staffing Management:

Oversee daily HR staffing operations at client sites, ensuring staff adherence to safety protocols, performance standards, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Initiate and conduct safety observations, trainings, and assessments to foster a safe working environment for all employees.

Manage and resolve any staffing issues on the ground, including attendance management, employee counseling, and performance evaluations, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.

Ensure strict adherence to all legal, contractual, and company policies and procedures, conducting regular audits of staffing practices and documentation.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and legislative changes that may impact staffing and recruitment strategies, applying insights to enhance service offerings.
