We are food Facility Company located in the city of Alhambra, CA currently looking for an E-Commerce associate who has 2+ years of experience fulfilling Shopify orders.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and fulfill online customer orders accurately and on time
Prepare shipments (labeling, boxing, and arranging carriers) for outgoing orders
Maintain organized inventory and restock products as needed
Assist with uploading products, photos, and descriptions onto Shopify
Monitor incoming Shopify orders and update status (fulfilled, shipped, delivered)
Provide basic customer service support (answering order status questions, tracking issues)
Keep workspace clean and follow food safety & handling procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience a plus; training will be provided
Comfort using Shopify or willingness to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must have previous Logistics/warehouse experience.
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM (OT if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-24 DOE
