Busy maintenance company looking for experienced general handyman for maintenance based in West Los Angeles, but with properties throughout Los Angeles County. The Maintenance Tech is dispatched to make a variety of repairs at homes, condos and apartment buildings of different sizes and ages. As such, each Maintenance Tech must be able to handle a variety of common repairs, including, but not limited to light plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry and locks. Customer service, attention to detail and efficiency are important to the success of this job.
Other requirements include:
A valid California Driver's license
A Truck/Car with own tools
EPA Renovator Certificate preferred
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:1 year (Preferred)
