Now Hiring: Part-Time Handyman & Janitor – Downtown Los Angeles Property
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman and a dedicated Janitor to join our team at a commercial property located in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a part-time position with potential to full-time (Monday to Friday)
Handyman Responsibilities include:
Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
Handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
Assisting with property improvements and special projects
Supporting additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Janitor Responsibilities include:
Performing routine custodial duties throughout the property
Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and offices
Assisting with other maintenance and operational needs as assigned
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Prior experience in janitorial services, preferably in a commercial building
Familiarity with common janitorial tools, equipment, and procedures
General Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high-quality work and customer service
