Hiring a full-time Janitorial Maintenance Position to join our maintenance staff at a private yacht club in Marina del Rey. Ideal candidate can perform standard janitorial tasks and repairs at the Interior/Exterior of building. Spanish bilingual a plus.
General Responsibilities:
Workday consists of – AM: cleaning restrooms, trash duties, cleaning docks; PM: light general repairs such as, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Janitorial – traditional cleaning and order of Clubhouse, event set-up including A/V, and other various duties.
Operation of power tools
Requirements:
Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 60 lbs.
Able to work 8:00am-5:00pm any day, including weekends (rotating 40-hour schedule)
