Summary:
Responsible for operating grinding machines and production equipment to process metal parts according to specifications. Ensures quality, accuracy, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, or related machining equipment.
Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance.
Measure, inspect, and verify part quality using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues.
Follow safety procedures and production instructions.
Requirements:
Experience in machine operation or grinding (preferred).
Ability to read basic measurements and work with hand tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
