We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our (will be) 3-month-old son in Porter Ranch starting December 1. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and truly loves babies. We hope to find someone who will stay with us long-term as our child grows.
In addition to caring for the baby, we’d appreciate this person doing the baby’s laundry, bottle washing and sanitizing, light housekeeping and tidying up after the baby.
Requirements:
Experience with infants (references required)
CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
Fluent in English
Non-smoker
Standard immunizations from childhood: Measles, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal, and MMR vaccines
Vaccinated with TDAP (once in the last ten years), Covid-19 and flu vaccine every season
Comfortable with small dogs
Has a reliable car and valid driver’s license
No screen time for the baby
Good with setting sleep schedules
Engaging, energetic, and attentive
Start Date: December 1 (with trial days before beginning full-time)
Schedule: Tentatively Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
