- Remove Stickers, lids, and orange O ring under lids
- Pre rinse inside and put onto CIP Skid for further cleaning
- Cleanse inside of liquidators and all cook kettles
- Follows process for Boil Out Procedures
-Clean cook deck and underneath of liquidator platform
- Cleaning overhead pipes, floors and removal of down spouts from kettles
-Brush off equipment, walls, ceiling, sweeping, and mopping floors
-Clean BIB machine, fruit slicer, buckets, floors, ad dump area
- Clean sink and empty trash
