Small bathroom project, approximately 60” wide x 120” long.
Licensed contractor required.
(Work must be performed by the license holder listed on the contract.)
Scope includes:
Remove existing drywall on all bathroom walls and ceiling
Inspect exposed framing for moisture or damage
Install moisture-resistant green board on all walls
Raise ceiling from approximately 89” to approximately 94–96” by reframing upward into existing attic space (open attic above, no living space)
Install moisture-resistant drywall on new ceiling
Tape, mud, and finish all surfaces to paint-ready condition
Bathroom is compact, access is straightforward, attic above is open.

No borrowed, shared, family, or third-party licenses.
