DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stock products using proper FIFO rotation in coolers, freezers, and shelves.
Pick products to fulfill orders accurately.
Load and unload heavy products to and from trucks or storage areas.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and follow food safety standards.
Use inventory software to track and log products.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with locating merchandise.
Label products with price tags, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
Conduct weekly inventory counts and manage compost/trash disposal.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
Eligible to work in the U.S.; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Familiarity with FIFO and food safety regulations is a plus.
Reliable and punctual; standing/walking for 8-hour shifts required.
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas (35°F).
Experience in a food facility or operating a pallet jack is helpful but not required.
