We are currently seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Basic Requirements:
College diploma preferred but not required.
Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
Basic typing skills.
Experience with shipping software, including UPS and FedEx.
Must be able to work in varying facility conditions, including poor lighting and ventilation.
Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed by the customer.
Compensation: $19–$23 per hour, based on experience.
