What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of hands-on pest control and wildlife experience (REQUIRED).
Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfort with residential and commercial environments.
Willingness to lead from the field and the office.
Knowledge of California pest control regulations is a big plus.
Experience in performing pest control & wildlife services
