MONDAY - FRIDAY / 6:30AM-3:00PM , 7:00AM-3:30PM, 8:00AM-5:00PM FULL TIME ONLY.
PRODUCTION:
Prep all products, vegetables, and any ingredients (carrots, cabbage, broccoli, green onions)
Verify the product count, weight, and appearance
Dim Sum preparations
Able to periodically stand for long periods of time; able to carry and lift objects over 20Ibs.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
PACKAGING:
Hand-pack of freshly made, frozen food products into cases according to specific packaging ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production
Assists overall process in maintaining and improving quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
Count, pack and inspect finished products for correct label, cleanliness, and integrity.
Stock and sort products for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, or labels.
