Our immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment visas, asylum cases, and removal proceedings. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment visas, asylum cases, and removal proceedings.

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals.

Advise clients on immigration law and policy and provide guidance on the immigration process.

Represent clients in court and before government agencies, including USCIS, EOIR, and ICE.

Maintain accurate and complete case files and records.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal representation to clients.

Qualifications

Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, preferred.

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in the state of practice.

Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
