We are a boutique litigation firm, seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team!
As an associate, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and negotiate on client's behalf.
Our practice mainly focuses on plaintiff-side employment litigation and personal injury.
Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in court or before government agencies
-Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings on behalf of clients
-Work on litigation discovery including written discovery and depositions
-Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and attend mediations
-Comply with all legal standards and regulations
-Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law as needed
Qualifications:
-Member of the California Bar in good standing
-Interest in litigation and employment law matters
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
