We are a Law Firm committed to helping individuals navigate the legal and medical challenges following an accident. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in personal injury claims, but we are also open to training recent legal assistant or paralegal graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Schedule medical treatment and monitor client progress
Collect and organize medical records and bills
Maintain detailed case notes and timelines
Qualifications:
Preferred: 1+ year experience in personal injury case management or claims handling
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus
Recent graduates of legal assistant or paralegal programs are encouraged to apply
