We are currently seeking an experienced pre-litigation case manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As an experienced Personal Injury pre-litigation case manager, you will play a critical role in helping personal injury clients with their case, including all their medical treatment and the readiness for demand. You must know how to manage all aspects of personal injury claims from initiation to case end, including but not limited to initial client contact, phone intakes, treatment plan and communications with all doctors and providers, medical record requests, medical appointment setting, resolving property damage claims, loss of use, reporting Medi-Cal and Medicare claims for lien resolution, drafting demand letters, lien negotiations, and ensuring quality client care and appointment timeliness. Your expertise in personal injury law will be essential in helping us achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling property damage inspections/ finalize property damage settlements

Monitoring and managing client's medical treatment

Scheduling client's medical and treatment appointments and communications with client regarding availability etc.

Following up with clients ensuring that all their needs are taken care of and that they are attending treatment and appointments

Monitor deadlines and manage case timelines to ensure timely progression of cases

Must be able to determine when a file is ready for a demand

Preparing and drafting demand letters is a plus

Handling lien reduction, negotiating medical liens, opening Medicare and Medi-Cal claims

Negotiating settlement with attorney's supervision

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of experience working for a Personal Injury Law Firm

Must speak Spanish

Must have the experience, knowledge and be able to handle file from beginning to end

Make initial report and open claims with insurance companies

Expertise in medical treatment management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to write without spelling and grammatical errors

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Being able to handle more a high volume of pre-lit cases from intake through demand

Must have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload

Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Organized and is able to have a clear understanding of the case progression, including all medial treatment for a specific client

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Great customer service, being able to monitor e-mails in real time and able to follow the office policy as to the task and notes by meeting the deadlines.
