Local Personal Injury Firm seeks 3+ year experienced Lien Negotiator for in-person full time position.
Duties include:
Reduce medical liens based on settlement amount.
Contact medical providers to discuss lien reductions.
Prepare related documents: correspondence, closing statement, etc.
Able to calculate proper amounts using formulas.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all negotiations and settlements.
Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to strategize on lien resolution.
Provide status updates and reports to attorneys and clients.
Spanish speaking a plus.
Prior PI Lien Negotiation experience preferred.
