Paralegal part-time with litigation and banruptcy experience

Our small but busy law firm has an immediate need for a qualified paralegal who knows procedure and filing in LA Superior Court and for Bankruptcy must know how to file through Pacer and ECF. You will be assisting with trial prep, including but not limited to preparing trial binders for cases in LA Superior, assisting with discovery, drafting form pleadings, making filings and preparing invoices. You must be deadline sensitive and able to meet deadlines. Initially your hours will from 10 to 20 per week. This position has the potential for a long term relationship.
