A busy attorney is seeking individuals to assist him in his personal injury practice.
This is a fully remote contract position. You will be given various assignments.
Compensation: $25 an hour.
Your duties will include:
- Propound and respond to extensive discovery
- Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
- Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
- Organize documents for filing
- Drafting correspondence
- Special projects as needed
Prior personal injury law experience is preferred but is not required. Great position for aspiring attorneys. You will learn the ins and outs of personal injury law.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
