This is a part time 1099 position with a Los Angeles based lawyer who is in need of a paralegal with established family law and civil experience for filings, motions, and other documents related to restraining orders, support, with some civil filings as well. We would entertain a lawyer to do the work and if qualified may be also able to handle appearances and hearings. This is not full time. It is 100 percent virtual so although we are in Los Angeles and prefer someone nearby if you are qualified and comfortable with remote work it's not required. This is not a training or willing to learn situation.
