Associate Litigation Attorney Job Announcement

Law Offices of Hirji & Chau, LLP is a law firm based in Culver City that focuses on educational, civil and disability rights of children and disabled adults. Our practice encompasses all levels of advocacy and litigation, and is staffed by reputable attorneys who work collaboratively to provide holistic services.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in personal injury litigation for a full-time associate attorney position in a hybrid office. While the focus will be on personal injury, the attorney will also work on special education administrative matters.

Responsibilities

● Represent clients in civil litigation in state and federal court

● All aspects of personal injury litigation including intake, case evaluation, pleadings, law and motion, discovery, mediation, trials, and appeals

Requirements

● Admittance to the State Bar of California

● Minimum of 1 year experience with personal injury litigation, including law & motion practice

● Excellent research and writing skills

● Strong interpersonal communication and client counsel skills

● Demonstrated ability to work positively and cooperatively with other team members

● Ability to work as needed and to meet deadlines under pressure

● Spanish speaking a plus

Salary & Benefits

● Depends on experience; salary range is $85,000 to $130,000
