Our boutique law firm seeks a Personal injury – Case Manager to start immediately. You will be joining a top-notch law firm in South California with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a personal injury pre-litigation case manager;
- Must be able to handle a pre-litigation case from intake to demand;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Provide excellent service to clients;
- Willing to work as a team player and have a great positive attitude;
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Primary duties will include processing new cases, settling property damage claims, requesting and organizing medical records, scheduling medical appointments and managing client's medical care, preparing files for demand package, and have outstanding customer service skills.
