Job Requirements:
● Proven experience as a process server or in a similar legal service role
● Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding service of process
● Ability to serve legal documents in a timely and accurate manner
● Availability to work weekends/nights as needed
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
● Valid process server photo ID card
● Smartphone to log attempts in Serve Manager app
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, complaints, and other court filings
● Provide detailed written descriptions of service attempts as necessary
● Ensure compliance with legal requirements for service
