Beverly Hills based boutique law firm is looking for an experienced attorney to head our burgeoning Plaintiff’s employment law department. The successful candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in the employment law field, and be able to handle all aspects of litigation, from client intake through trial. This is a great opportunity to lead a small, but busy, employment practice without the pressures of billable hours. The firm maintains a collegial environment that encourages inventive and collaborative litigation. The position is full time, and on site. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate for hands on litigation while leading, and growing, the firm’s employment law practice. Salary ranges between $100,000-1$80,000 yearly, dependent on experience, plus generous performance bonuses. The firm also provides paid vacation.
