Applicant Attorney's office looking for full-time case manager/intake coordinator with at least 1 year of Workers' Compensation knowledge and experience working at a law firm.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
Must have excellent people/customer service skills to converse directly with clients, attorneys, clerical personnel,
doctor offices and insurance adjusters.
Ability to multi-task
Must be professional and work well in a team environment.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must have experience and knowledge with the eams filing.
Must be capable of prioritizing daily responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met.
Job Responsibilities: (Case Managers)
Administrative support for Attorneys and Customer Service to our Clients.
Monitor, oversee and manage Workers' Compensation cases and files from Intake to Settlement.
Filing and requesting QME Panels.
Searching MPN networks, setting medical appointments, amend applications, file & serve,
Preparing documents and exhibits for Trials.
Maintaining the firms calendar.
