TEMPORARY FULL-TIME MARKETING CONTRACTOR (December–January)

2-Month Contract Full-Time Hours Remote OK (US-based)

Potential ongoing part-time work after February

We’re looking for a highly capable, roll-up-your-sleeves Marketing Contractor who can jump in immediately and help us push two major national events across the finish line. Our previous marketing manager left right as we entered our busiest season, and while we’re in the process of hiring a permanent full-time manager, we urgently need someone who can own execution for the next 6–8 weeks.

This is a December + January sprint, supporting two rebranded, back-to-back conferences happening in early March:

Prosper Show – The leading conference for Amazon & eCommerce sellers

B2B Marketing Exchange (B2BMX) – A flagship event for B2B marketers, ABM, and demand generation

We’ve just relaunched both websites, opened registration, and rolled out new branding. Now we need someone who thrives in action mode — someone who can take direction, move quickly, communicate well, and execute consistently every day.

About the Contract

Duration: December 1 – January 31 (approx.)

Hours: Full-time (35–40 hrs/week)

Remote: Yes, anywhere in the U.S.

Working Style: Flexible schedule but must overlap 9am–5pm PT/ET

Potential: May continue part-time after full-time hire starts (Feb–Mar)

What You’ll Be Doing (Immediate Needs)

This is a tactical execution role.

Email Marketing (HubSpot): Build & schedule, segment lists, sponsor fulfillment

Social Media: Write & schedule posts, source imagery, monitor engagement

Web Updates (WordPress): Content, images, agenda, pricing, QA

Paid Media Support: Provide assets/copy to agencies, track pacing

Campaign Execution & Organization: Calendar management, cross-team comms, asset organization

This is not a strategy role — it’s a “make it happen” role.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years hands-on marketing experience

Strong HubSpot + WordPress experience

Clean, professional copywriting ability

Comfort managing multiple deadlines

Highly organized, proactive communicator

Thrives in fast-paced, short-term sprints

Available to start immediately or within days
