Responsibilities:
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, etc.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
Verify accuracy of shipment contents and ensure they match packing lists.
Pack and prepare shipments for transport.
Process shipping-related invoices and payments.
Assist inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and compliance.
Skills & qualifications:
Forklift certified (Sit-down and Reach)
Fluent in English
2+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with shipping software (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
