$18 to $20 Hourly to start. Room for growth.
We manufacture and install protective steel enclosures. This position is for someone looking to get into the fabrication world. Must have some experience in either fabrication or other skilled trade. Don’t need to be a master. Just as long as you have some redeeming skill set.
Responsibilities:
Prepare materials for fabrication, including cutting, grinding, measuring, drilling and tapping.
Operate basic hand and power tools such as grinders, saws, and drills, band saws.
Clean and maintain shop equipment, tools, and workstations.
Assist with assembly, finishing, or other fabrication processes as needed.
Other duties include.
Assisting with product installations. Some experience in working with concrete a big plus.
Deliveries: Must have clean driving record.
Light Sales and customer service.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes, and measuring tools.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (50-100 lbs) and working in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Knowing Spanish a plus, but not necessary.
