Key Responsibilities:
Secure Packaging: Carefully and securely package fragile glass table tops, mirrors, and shower doors into cardboard boxes, ensuring items are protected against damage during transit.
Order Accuracy: Accurately match product items with the corresponding shipping label and order documentation.
Fulfillment Preparation: Prepare packaged orders for the fulfillment process.
Label Management: Sort, organize, and manage shipping labels efficiently to maintain an orderly workflow.
Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage before packaging and ensure the final package meets quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven ability to handle fragile materials with care (experience with glass is a plus).
Strong attention to detail is critical for matching labels to the correct products.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic reading and writing skills for interpreting labels and order slips.
Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 80 lbs), and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
