Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturer, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in Pacoima, CA. This role involves programming and operating a welding machine, inspecting finished parts, and following safety and production guidelines to ensure quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate welding machines
Use computer/monitor systems for machine operation
Follow assembly drawings, verbal, and written instructions
Perform inspections to ensure pieces meet specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Use electric, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment
Report to the Team Leader and communicate any issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Bilingual preferred, but not required
Pay & Schedule:
Pay rate: $19–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
