Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90063

Salary: $20-22/hr (20-30hrs/weekly), based on experience

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and providing support to the CEO and Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital.

Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Financial Duties:

Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring bills are paid on time.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.

Support for CEO and Head of Operations:

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and Head of Operations.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

Community Engagement:

Coordinate and assist with community events and outreach programs.

Manage volunteer schedules and communications.

Ensure effective communication with community partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for community service and helping others.
