As a key front line and "first impression" of our company, the Admin Assistant will always work to effectively support the rest of the team. He or she will manage external and internal clients and will make sure that the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy will be provided to each team member, client, and vendor.
The ideal candidate must have at least have 2-3 yrs. general office (experience with a CPA firm preferred but not required) and possesses the following qualifying traits:
Outstanding professional telephone etiquette and walk-in client handling.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other windows-based applications. (MS Excel, Word etc.)
Reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and can work with a team.
