Greenway Worldwide offers an extensive range of packaging supplies to fulfill demands for Warehouse, Logistics, E-Commerce, and Retail Operations. We are seeking a fast paced and highly organized individual as an executive personal assistant to the owner to handle day to day duties and various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, confident, ambitious, goal oriented with a sense of urgency who enjoys brainstorming and problem solving. Candidate must be able to professionally communicate both in writing and verbal, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, shift gears quickly and be flexible within your role.

Requirements:

Must have exceptional communication (both written & verbal) and follow up skills. THIS IS A MUST.

Must have strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel), spreadsheet design, maintenance, navigating in databases, and creating price sheets and presentations.

Must understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and other business partners to represent our company with the utmost professionalism.

Must possess strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to work independently.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to owner in all areas including email correspondences and all other daily business tasks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Assist with sales efforts and generating price lists and professional email correspondence to clients.

Help source domestic and overseas vendors.

Help with website development and create social media content.

Manage payments of Vendors and review accounts receivables.

Handle month end reports.

Provide support in all other areas as needed.

Answer inbound calls, order office supplies and other Misc.

The position is permanent and full time from Monday to Friday. The starting salary ranges from $24.00 to $25.00 per hour. Salary range is based on a variety of factors, candidate qualifications, experience, and other business considerations.
