Established plumbing company is seeking a Part Time Data Entry / Social Media Marketing Assistant.
Duties include:
- Enter and update customer, job, and invoice data accurately
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
- Create work orders, data entry, and follow up with customers
- Maintain social media accounts to advertise and promote our company
- Assist the Accounting team as needed, and other administrative duties assigned
- Learn the plumbing industry
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must pass a background check
- Positive team player with excellent communication skills, sense of urgency with high attention to detail, and a problem-solver who is a quick learner.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office is needed, familiar with QuickBooks is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Social Media and Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized and able to prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision required
-Experience with construction/plumbing is a plus but not mandatory
Schedule: We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hours for this position TO BE DETERMINED
Compensation: Based on experience
