We’re seeking an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to join us on-site on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in maintaining an efficient, welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Executive, Accounting, and Operations teams

Perform receptionist duties: answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors

Assist with accounts payable and invoice tracking

Support HR and facility tasks, including office access and upkeep

Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other internal documents

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

Help plan and coordinate office events and team activities

Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and ensure equipment is functioning properly

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Keep shared spaces tidy, organized, and inviting

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in an administrative, office, or virtual assistant role

Proficient with DocuSign, Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft 365

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:300 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee

Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
