Small but growing entertainment company needs an extra person on the phone.
The right candidate will be fast paced, fun, willing to forgive their own mistakes and self motivated. The most important quality is one that can follow directions, use common sense and gently learns the company before they start using their own style.
Location: On-site at our office or remote (for the right candidate with a home office free of distractions).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Taking and processing orders.
- Managing messages and correspondence.
- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Assisting with social media management.
REQUREMENTS:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
