We are a busy and well-established tax practice in Culver City. We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk and support our staff.
Key responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Process credit cards and mail
Manage supply inventory
Oversee the opening and closing of the office
What we are looking for:
Strong computer and phone skills required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and proactive problem-solving skills
