Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a customer-service–oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties
Enter and process bills, invoices, and payments accurately
Maintain organized records and files
Provide customer service support and respond to client inquiries
Assist with office coordination and day-to-day operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred
Strong computer skills, including data entry and basic office software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience with accounting or billing systems
Customer service experience
