looking to find a secretary/dispatching and our client telemarking for 36 hours a week Monday - Thursday 8-4(option 7-3pm )
Friday 8-2pm or 7-2pm
job description :
1.calling/ receiving calls - to existing customers and new clients + booking service.
2.dispatching the teams.
3. able to work with google calendar
4. knowledge(not a must) with QuickBooks online (we can help with that as long as you fit to the spot)
5. able to send emails
requirement :
1. responsibility
2. well English speaking (Spanish advance )
3. organize person
4. ability to work under pressure (sometime)
5."thinking outside the box" and issue resolving
6. self confidence over the phone.
7. NO criminal records or drugs.
