Immediate opening for Building Maintenance to work in a Property Management Company located at Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91364. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
Duties:
Performs all building and maintenance duties.
Performs plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general repair work.
Actively observe condition of the buildings, vacant suites and common areas and report any
needed repairs.
May assist other skilled workers with HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing or general building/facility maintenance projects.
Responsible for upkeep of tools, equipment and supplies of the building.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician preferred.
Must have use of a reliable vehicle.
Must possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance.
Must be reliable with strong work ethic.
Maintain regular and consistence attendance and punctuality.
Preferred experience in office property maintenance.
Must be self-starter, detail-orientated, and be able to work independently.
