Position: Commercial Real Estate Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60K+ annually, with performance-based bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed residential real estate appraisals and analysis.
Develop pro-forma and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models.
Utilize Costar and MLS platforms for market analysis and data gathering.
Analyze and interpret market trends and property values.
Provide insights into CA real estate markets with a focus on residential, retail, office, and hospitality sectors.
Support commercial real estate sales initiatives and legal/analytical projects.
Requirements:
4-Year College Degree Required in a related field.
Residential real estate appraisal experience is a must.
Proficiency with Costar and MLS systems.
Excel: Proficient to advanced skill level is required.
Minimum of 1-year direct experience developing pro-forma and Discounted Cash Flow models.
Strong knowledge of California real estate markets.
Understanding of Retail, Office, and Hospitality sectors.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales is a plus.
Background in Legal or Analytical roles is beneficial.
Must be a hardworking team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
