A property manager is needed to manager a two buildings in the Koreatown area (Vermont & James M Wood). This is a great opportunity to come in to learn the business. Duties:
Rent Collection
Generating/Posting notices
Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Must live at one of the properties being managed
Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year, Managing 30+ units preferred
Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
MUST- Valid Driver's license
MUST- Reliable vehicle
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
Schedule/Salary/Benefits
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
$3100-3500/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction - Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
