We are looking for a leasing agent to rent out our residential units in Long Beach, Orange, Huntington Beach, & Hermosa Beach.
We will take the pictures and post the ads with your phone number to open doors & show at your convenience.
We will handle application process. All we need is someone to schedule with prospects and open doors.
They are mostly 1 bedrooms & are remodeled nice units.
We will pay $400 per rented vacancy
