We are a couple currently residing in a beautiful penthouse downtown Highrise located at 960 W. 7th Street Los Angeles, CA 90017. We own and run a prestigious mortgage company and we hope to find someone who is interested in learning how to process and close mortgage loans with us. The name of our firm is Smart Choice Realty and Mortgage Finance, Inc. We have been in business since 2019. Our office is right out of our beautiful new top-floor penthouse so we hope to find someone that lives very close to this location as you will be working onsite at our place.
A LITTLE ABOUT US
Harold is an accomplished mortgage loan specialist expert. He graduated from ASU with honors and has been working and building in the mortgage and Real Estate sector for the last 19 years. He is a father of 4 beautiful adults. 48 years of age and met 37-year-old Jasmine in 2019. She was hired as an executive assistant but is now a fellow broker and CEO. She and I have high ambitions to build a monthly revenue of $100K or more.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would love to find someone who already has their real estate license preferably. (But not required) If you don’t have your license we will help the right person, get their real estate / broker’s license and NMLS license. Once you are fully licensed we will be originating and processing mortgage loans together. We want someone who is flexible, willing to learn a lot, type fast, pays attention to detail, articulate, some college a plus, hardworking, not just looking for a check but would like to grow with us and share profit that we all earn together. If you are currently working that could possibly work at first as you learn our specific way of closing loans, however if we all love each other we would eventually like someone who is all-in. We hope to find someone who doesn’t have too many things holding them down. If you apply please be ready to meet us. Also, if you are late or don’t show up, it’s a no-go. So, please make it a time that is convenient for you. We normally meet in the evenings around 7 pm any day of the week. Being 10-15 minutes early is on time. (for those who don't know).
We will meet at either spire-73 or at the top floor amenity open to the public at our building DTLA.
Your pay will be commensurate with your experience and value you bring. As we make $80-100K per month together we will appropriately split this up based upon a pre- disclosed structure. This will be determined immediately once hired. If you are looking for an intern scenario, we’d be open to that. However, we would not be interested if you’re looking for temporary – we are looking for someone to permanently work and make a career and life with us.
